By accessing or using FindMyICP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
FindMyICP provides attendee insights for Luma events. We collect and process publicly available attendee information to help you network more effectively.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the privacy of other event attendees
- Only access data for events you are authorized to attend
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on FindMyICP are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
FindMyICP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Data Usage
The attendee data provided through FindMyICP is for personal networking purposes only. You agree not to use this data for spam, harassment, or any commercial purpose without explicit consent from the individuals.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.

9. Payments and credits
FindMyICP uses a credit-based model for LinkedIn profile enrichment. The following terms apply to all credit purchases and grants:
- One-time purchases: Credit packs (Starter, Growth, Scale) are sold as one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
- Credits never expire: Purchased or earned credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
- Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred to, or shared with, another account.
- Free credits per event: As a promotional benefit, you receive +2 enrichment credits each time you extract attendees from a new Luma event via the Chrome extension. We reserve the right to change the amount or conditions of this grant at any time with reasonable advance notice to existing users.
- Credit deduction: One credit is deducted for each attendee whose LinkedIn profile is successfully enriched. Credits are not deducted for failed enrichment attempts.
10. Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here is how refunds work:
- Consumed credits: Credits that have already been used for enrichment are non-refundable.
- Unused credit packs: If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your transaction ID and account email.
- Partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for credit packs that have been partially used.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed through DodoPayments and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
This refund policy applies to credit purchases only and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
11. Termination and credit balance
The following applies when an account is closed or terminated:
- Termination for cause: If we terminate your account because you violated these Terms of Service, any unused credits in your account are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
- Voluntary closure: If you choose to close your account, you may request a refund of any unused purchased credits (free / promotional credits are not refundable). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of account closure by emailing [email protected]. After 30 days, forfeited credits cannot be refunded.
- Service discontinuation: If we discontinue the FindMyICP service entirely, we will give users reasonable advance notice and honour refund requests for unused purchased credits submitted before the shutdown date.
