2.2 Chrome Extension Data Collection

  • Browser Storage: We store your preferences and authentication state locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.

2.3 Data Visible on Luma.com

The attendee data we collect is already publicly visible to you on Luma.com when you're logged in. We do not access any data that is not already accessible to you through the Luma platform.

3. How We Use Cookies and Authentication Data

3.1 Cookie Collection

When you use our Chrome extension, it collects session cookies from your browser that authenticate you on Luma.com. This collection happens only when you explicitly use the extension to request event data.

The collected cookies are securely transmitted over HTTPS to our servers. We use these cookies solely to:

  • Authenticate requests to Luma.com on your behalf
  • Access the publicly available attendee data you have permission to view

  • Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can access your data within our organization.
  • Regular Audits: We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
