How do credits work?
One credit is spent each time FindMyICP successfully enriches an attendee's LinkedIn profile. If enrichment fails for any reason, no credit is deducted. You also receive 2 free credits each time you extract attendees from a new event.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase or earn never expire. Use them at your own pace across any events.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase for unused credit packs, at our discretion. Partially-used packs are not eligible for a partial refund. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Email [email protected] to request one.
